New Short Course Golf Tournament at Cog Hill G&CC

A new golf tournament format will be tested on Oct.8th
with an 8:00 AM start at Cog Hill Golf
and Country Club on course # 3 in Lemont, IL. It is open to all golfers, with no handicaps involved, and has five divisions of winners. Play is in two person teams playing in a modified scramble format with a unique points scoring system. Entry fee is $50 (includes green fees and prizes) per player for this eighteen hole event. Approximately 40% of the field will win prizes and qualify to win the Overall Winner's Prize.The Short Course Golf Championship was developed by Dick Garn, the creator and operator of the Oldsmobile Scramble that began in 1984.
